Paddock

Paddock is a three bedroom house constructed to a high standard with passive energy features incorporated into the design, it was built in 2006.

The owner/self-builder brought a wealth of low-energy building experience to the construction of this home which is reflected in the high levels of comfort and very low annual energy consumption.
